JUNGOL & THE LOCKSMYTH / GRANT PARK SUMMER SHADE FEST TODAY
Jungol and the Locksmyth will be playing back to back tonight at the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival. The Locksmyth is on at 7pm followed by Jungol at 8pm and closing it out will be Bradford Cox at 9pm. Earllier in the night you’ll find some of the guys playing with The Boy Jones on the Meadow Stage at 5pm. We are excited to be a part of this great event. GHOST KNOCKS RELEASE SHOW THIS SATURDAY JUNE 21ST It’s finally here! We’re extremely excited to be releasing our new album Ghost Knocks this Saturday June 21st with a show at the Earl. Joining us will be our friends deadCAT and Qurious. It has been quite a journey completeling this album, having started making it at the same time as our film Go Softly two years ago. We’ll be releasing Ghost Knocks on CD and digitally of course but we’ll also have a very special release of it at the Earl. There will be 25 unique resin sculptures made by DLL Customs. ATL Film Fest / GO SOFTLY screening & Jungol performance
We are thrilled to be a part of the Atlanta Film Fest this year. Our film GO SOFTLY will be shown on April 3rd at the Goat Farm as a part of the Sound & Vision portion of the film fest. We will also be performing that night along with the Biters, Hello Ocho and more. $10 to get in the event page for this event is here: GOATFARM Josh will also be on the ATLFF Music Video Panel happening April 4th at 7 Stages along with Video Rahim, Ashley Simpson and others. GO SOFTLY SCREENING / ART SHOW / FINE PEDUNCLE FEB 8th
We will be screening our short film GO SOFTLY in its’ entirety for the first time on February 8th at Snake Nation Gallery in Castleberry Hill. You can expect DJ sets from Dark Room, Isness and J.Longino as well as a very special performance from Fine Peduncle. Several of the art pieces, costumes and props from the film will be on display in the gallery hall and in the main room along with some movie stills. DLCustoms will also have handmade figurines of the GS characters for sale. The doors will open at 9pm. It is free to get in and there will be booze.….
