JUNGOL EPK

Jungol is the musical vehicle of brothers Josh and Graham Yoder, child hood friend Andres Miller and newest member Mark Garretson. The music they create hangs in the territory of electronic experimental rock, being sometimes moody and ethereal and sometimes loud and complex.

Twin brothers, and founding members Josh and Graham have inhabited Atlanta’s music scene with various ensembles since 2000, independently releasing 2 full-length albums and 2 EP’s. These releases along with their live show have gained the group positive critical attention as well as a loyal fanbase which has led to consistently sold-out concerts in their hometown of Atlanta. The live show is energetic and danceable, full of synths, live looping, and powerful vocal melodies, all on a path of restless rhythmical changes. Jungol has opened for some acclaimed acts such as Echo and the Bunnymen, Gogol Bordello and Free Moral Agents. They have also opened for Polica, Baths, Hundred Waters, Braids, Astronautalis and Shlomo under Graham’s solo moniker Dark Room.

After touring relentlessly for years Jungol took a break to focus their efforts on a film project called GO SOFTLY and a brand new repertoire of material. The film is casually being released as many vignettes, one every month, and will lead up to the release of the forthcoming Jungol album. The guys are soon to be back out on the road touring full time and in most cases as a duo consisting of only Graham and Josh.
